Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If we determine that it is unsafe to conduct the activity due to weather conditions or other reasons, the activity will be canceled. In that case, we will contact you by 5:00 PM the day before. Please note that we cannot reimburse you for transportation costs to the activity location.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you have consumed excessive alcohol the day before, are feeling unwell, or have any pre-existing medical conditions, please inform a staff member in advance. - If you are prone to seasickness, please bring motion sickness medication. - Please note that pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
