This tour will take you beyond the tourist attractions to the largest buffet in the world, New York. You'll see the neighborhoods where New Yorkers live and eat. You'll share the passion for all things New York as you eat your way through non-tourist neighborhoods.

Food On Foot Tours are large group "meet and mingle with others tours" that go to smaller item local New York places. Unlike standard food tours, you make your own choices are every stop.

Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Tour meets at 308 W. 50th St. underneath the overhang of the Worldwide Plaza building across the street from the Don Antonio restaurant between 8th & 9th Av. closer to 8th Av. Tour leaves at 11 am and you will not be able to contact anyone if you are late as the office is closed. Please be 15 minutes early to check in.(308 W 50th St, New York, NY, USA)

  • Comfortable shoes are recommended

  • Most people average about $15 for food on the tour based on sharing, not including beverages and the tour will replace a meal

  • Each guest needs to arrive at the check-in with a one-ride (if staying in the Times Square area), two-ride or unlimited MetroCard (subway pass)

  • Please remember the tour includes the subway (most NY subway stations are not handicapped accessible) and plenty of walking. If you are handicapped please contact the tour operator to find out how they might be able to accommodate you. Part of the tour time involves traveling and a tour introduction period

  • Tours are rain or shine. Tour times are usually accurate within 15 minutes but circumstances such as mass transit or unexpected restaurant issues are out of the tour operator's control. Please consider there will waiting times for food to be prepared and for people to finish

  • This is a food-on-foot experience, many places do not have seating and bathrooms are available but limited on each tour
