Reflect on the events of September 11, 2001, when visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. Then sail around the Statue of Liberty on a sightseeing cruise that also travels under the Brooklyn Bridge and past Ellis Island. Take in incredible views of the iconic New York skyline.

The Museum features special exhibits, rotating galleries, and 3 permanent exhibition sections: The Historical Exhibition covering the Day of 9/11, Before 9/11, and After 9/11 - The Memorial Exhibition commemorating those who perished on September 11, 2001 - Foundation Hall, housing the last column and the slurry wall. You can also visit the National September 9/11 Memorial located next door, featuring twin reflecting pools in the footprints of the former Twin Towers.

Enjoy views of famous Manhattan landmarks during a 1-hour scenic sightseeing cruise from Pier 36. From under the Brooklyn Bridge, travel toward the South Street Seaport and Battery Park. You will come within 100 feet of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island for excellent photo opportunities.

You can upgrade to include anytime entry to the One World Observatory, located in the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.   • Meeting point description: Go directly to the “Ticket Holder” line at the 9/11 Museum where you will need to show the timed entry ticket that was emailed to you by the local tour operator. The Cruise departs from Pier 36, 299 South St, New York, NY 10002, USA. Once you arrive at Pier 36, do not try to enter the Pier 36 building. The boat is docked behind the building and can be accessed from walking round the north end of the building - near the Fire Department. Due to construction the boat departs from different slips - depending on the time of year: Jan 5 - Mar 1 2026 - The boat departs from Slip 4 - please walk South along the pier to find Slip 4 Mar 2 2026 onwards - The boat again departs from Slip 0 - the first slip as you enter the Pier from the NorthFor One World Observatory, go to 117 West St., New York 10006 any time during operating hours in the next 7 days. Enter from West Street, descend the escalator and proceed to security where you will need to show the separate entry ticket that was emailed to you by the local tour operator.(9/11 Memorial & Museum, 180 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10007, USA)

  • Accessibility:The boat is wheelchair accessible for push-wheelchairs, but is not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs

  • Know in advance:This tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress accordingly

  • Your cruise will be scheduled on the same day as your Museum visit, usually around 3-4 hours after your Museum entry time to give you time to grab some food and make your way to the boat

  • Please note that the cruise does not land at either Liberty Island or Ellis Island

  • If you choose the option with One World Observatory, it is open daily 9am-9pm – but check opening hours for the day you plan to visit. One World Observatory tickets are anytime tickets and can be used any day, up to 7 days after the scheduled tour date. You will need to pass through airport-style security to enter the Observatory. During high season, the wait at security can be up to 20 minutes
