Under Singapore’s Road Traffic Act, all passengers under 1.35 meters in height traveling in a private-hire limousine or van must be legally secured using an approved child restraint system or booster seat. 1. Equipment & Rates (Payable to Driver): - Infant Capsule (Ages 0 to 1 year / Under 10kg): Available upon request at a surcharge of SGD 20.00 per capsule per trip. - Child Safety Seat / Booster Seat (Ages 1 to 7 years / Height under 1.35m): One (1) booster seat can be provided at a surcharge of SGD 12.00 per trip. Additional seats must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. 2. Right of Refusal for Safety Non-Compliance: If a passenger with a child under 1.35m fails to pre-book a child seat, does not bring their own restraint, or refuses to pay the safety seat surcharge, our driver legally cannot perform the transfer due to LTA regulations.
