【Children's Standard Price Explanation】 Children aged 12 and above are charged the same price as adults. Children aged 2-12 (excluding 12 years old) do not occupy a bed, breakfast, or entrance tickets. The price includes only a seat on the tour bus (children, including infants, must occupy a seat according to the new traffic law), tour guide service, and half-price meals (breakfast not included). Parents are responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as breakfast, entrance tickets, or other optional activities.
【Ice and Snow World】The Ice and Snow World is expected to open around December 20th each year. The specific opening date is subject to change due to local weather conditions and will be announced by the scenic area. Each adult receives a complimentary group ticket to the Ice and Snow World (no discounts or refunds for group tickets; children's tickets are not included and must be purchased at the scenic area). During periods when the Ice and Snow World is closed, visitors can instead enjoy the "Ice and Snow World Dream Ice and Snow Pavilion". The temperature here is slightly lower than in the city, so please dress warmly. Please watch your step during your visit! Tips for reserving the Ferris wheel and giant slide at the Ice and Snow World: 1. Reservations are required for the super ice slide and snowflake Ferris wheel in the scenic area. Reservations are only possible after your ticket has been verified. You can make reservations through the official WeChat account of Harbin Ice and Snow World using your ID card/passport or QR code. 2. Select the desired activity and time for reservation (maximum three slots per reservation). Choose the activity first, then the time; time slots will be available on-site. [Skiing-related Reminders] Adults and children will receive complimentary ski boots + skis (Ski) + ski poles during skiing. Ski suits and goggles are not included; these can be rented at your own expense. Before skiing, you can do some simple warm-up exercises. Beginners should proceed gradually and within their limits. If needed, you can hire a ski instructor for basic technical guidance; the fee is subject to the scenic area's announcement. Instructors may ask for tips; please handle this at your discretion. If the Asian Winter Games government requisitions ski resorts in the Yabuli area, we will adjust the order of your itinerary or arrange for you to ski at a ski resort of the same level in another region; the cost will remain the same. 【Single Room Supplement】(Please pay the single room supplement if applicable): A single room supplement must be paid for single occupancy. It is recommended to prepay the single room supplement for three people. If there is no single room supplement, we will try to arrange a triple room/extra bed, but this is not 100% successful. If there is no triple room/extra bed, a double room will be provided.
[Seniors] Seniors aged 70 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by a family member or friend (excluding those we cannot accommodate or restrict due to service limitations) before booking a trip; Due to service limitations, we cannot accept bookings from travelers aged 81 and above. 【Other Reminders】You are not allowed to leave the tour group without permission during the trip. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all losses and consequences.
