Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Name (in kana), age, gender, height, weight, and shoe size of all participants.
• Question 2: Is wetsuit rental available? (Wearing one is recommended from November to May due to the drop in water temperature.) *1,000 yen per suit *Reservations required by 8 PM the day before

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• Please note that tours may be canceled depending on bad weather or weather conditions. Tours may be interrupted or canceled even if they are in progress due to sudden deterioration of weather, changes in sea conditions, or failure to follow staff instructions. In such cases, tour fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Please use sunscreen that does not contain "oxybenzone" or "octinoxate". However, if you use it immediately before entering the sea, it will come off easily and may have a negative impact on marine life and coral, so if you use it, please apply it at least one hour in advance and refrain from using it until the end of the tour. ・Due to the alcohol disinfection of snorkeling masks, we ask that customers renting masks come without makeup. *If you are wearing makeup, please remove any lipstick, gloss, lip balm, foundation, etc. that will come into direct contact with the mask. This is to protect the nature and wildlife of Miyako Island, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation. ・Please note that as these are wild sea turtles, there is a possibility that you may not be able to see them.

If any of the following apply to you, we may refuse your participation. ・You have experienced asthma symptoms within the past year, or are currently taking medication to control them. ・You have high blood pressure, or are currently taking medication to control blood pressure. ・You have a history of any heart condition (e.g., myocardial infarction). ・You have respiratory, ear, or circulatory problems. ・You have consumed alcohol today (consumption within the last 8 hours will disqualify you from participating). ・You have a pacemaker, ICD (implantable cardioverter-defibrillator), or stent.
