- On the day of the tour, please bring your passport
- The tour departs on time. No refunds will be made, if the traveler fails to appear on time at the designated meeting point.
- Due to unforseen circumstances, such as military exercise or severe weather, the original itinerary might change.
- This tour involves visiting an area under military jurisdiction, please abide by the rules and cooperate with the relevant authority's/guide's instructions. We are not responsible for any legal problems resulting from an individual's arbitrary action.
- Cancellation requests or changes in reservations must be received 4 days prior to departure to be elgible for a refund. Cancellation made less than 4 days before departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be applied.
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 5 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
As this tour involves visiting an area under military jurisdictions, provide the following details of every participants: Name, date of birth, nationality, sex, phone number(including country code). Failure to provide the correct information will be denied entry to the DMZ.
Due to security reasons, unauthorized photography of military bases and military installations is strictly prohibited.
Video recording equipment, including camcorders, is not allowed in the DMZ.
Please bring a valid passport on the day of the tour.
