Purchase Notice
- Children age 4 or under may enter the skiing resort for free if they do not occupy their own seat (Maximum of 1 child per 2 adults). At some restaurants or attractions within the resorts, children under the age of 4 may still be charged for meals or usage fees, payments must be paid on-site at the travelers' expense
- Please note this offer is not available to travelers over 100 kg due to safety reasons
- Travelers over the age of 60 who are in good health may join this tour. Please note that refunds will not be granted if travelers are found unsuitable for the activity after the on-site evaluation
- For travelers in the same group opting for different packages, please provide your booking reference number in the "Requests & Remarks" section
- An instructor will be assigned to groups of 16 participants, and an assistant instructor will join in groups of 17 to 41 participants
- The measurement will be taken on-site for skiing footwear
- Ski lessons are given in groups. Please wait patiently as the instructor coaches each participant in the group

If you order a package that does not include a cable car pass, the on-site purchase price is ₩35,000 (Must be paid in cash)
Ski equipment rental/purchase
Helmet, knee pads, ski goggles rental fee: ₩10,000. Ski gloves, windproof sports scarf: Sold on-site between ₩18,000 to ₩25,000 (Must be paid in cash)
Reminders
A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women, Acrophobia
The amount of snow is a natural factor and cannot be controlled
Travellers without necessary ski equipment are not allowed in the skiing area
Every traveler over the age of 4 will be offered 1 hand warmer and breakfast (Bread or rice balls, the type cannot be selected)
Please arrive promptly at the meeting point as the bus will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
If the meeting time has not changed, passengers only need to arrive at the meeting point on time according to the original time on the itinerary and will not be contacted individually before departure. However, if the meeting time changes (The departure time may change according to the situation, and you will be informed in advance), the tour guide will contact the guest at least 1 or 2 days before departure via WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, etc. Please be sure to wait for the message and respond immediately
The actual itinerary is dependent on weather and transportation conditions
All our company’s tour buses are covered by comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government, but it is recommended that passengers must purchase their own travel insurance to obtain more comprehensive protection. Since skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant protection items to protect their own safety.
If any accident occurs during the tour, staff will do their utmost to assist but KKday and the tour operator shall not be liable for any injuries or fatalities
It is not recommended to book this tour on the day of your arrival/departure

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
