Before installing an eSIM, please ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data to scan a QR code or manually enter it to join the mobile plan. (After updating your iPhone to iOS 17, you can directly select "Open Photos" to scan the QR code in the image on your phone to install.)
Please follow the instructions for installation. Do not exit the installation process during the process, otherwise your phone may mistakenly delete the eSIM plan.
A QR code can only be scanned once by one mobile phone, and cannot be changed after being bound.
If an error message is displayed after scanning, it does not mean the eSIM is invalid. Please restart your device and check on the mobile service page to see if the eSIM is already bound to your phone, or contact customer service for assistance. Do not scan other QR codes without authorization, as this may cause duplicate binding and lead to eSIM invalidation.
Once an eSIM is ordered, it must be activated within 30 days. Otherwise, it will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
Please delete the profile on your iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom; if there is no profile, it's normal), to avoid any issues with its use.
eSIM plans that are not fully used or deleted without customer service verification cannot be reissued or refunded.
Days are calculated as follows: After successfully connecting to the internet in Vietnam, the day is calculated using the Vietnam local time calendar. Midnight (GMT+7) is counted as one day, not a 24-hour clock.
Telecommunication network quality varies from country to country, and base station coverage is not as dense as in Taiwan. Each country has its own regional and telecommunications infrastructure differences, so we cannot request a refund based on signal conditions in a few areas.
If you are unable to use the service upon arrival at your destination, please contact customer service. After-sales service cannot be provided after you return to your home country.
eSIM usage check: Send the text message "KTTK" to 191.
