Take a Gifu Bus bound for Takatomi or the City Loop Line (counterclockwise) via Nagarabashi Bridge (20 minutes, 250 yen one way).
Get off at the "Nagarabashi Minami/Kawaramachi" bus stop and walk for about 1 minute.
