1. The itinerary may change on the day due to weather or traffic conditions. We apologize that requests for modifications or cancellations based on these reasons cannot be accepted.

2. From May 1, 2025 to August 30, 2026, due to local wildlife protection needs, the opening hours of the Nobbies will be adjusted to Daily 10 am – 4.30 pm. Due to the limited opening hours of the Nobbies, the train and penguin itinerary is subject to train schedules, and a visit to the Nobbies is not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.

3. If the steam train attraction unilaterally cancels the trip due to force majeure (including but not limited to high temperatures, government or attraction safety controls), we will assist in handling relevant cancellation and change arrangements based on the actual situation:

(1) Cancellations and changes can be processed normally 72 hours or more before departure;

(2) For cancellation and change requests made 24-72 hours before departure, the cost of the Phillip Island ticket already incurred must be deducted or supplemented.

(3) No refunds will be given for cancellations within 0-24 hours before departure as the itinerary resources have already been utilized. Alternatively, you may choose to switch to the 'Brighton Bathing Boxes + Phillip Island' itinerary, and any price difference resulting from the change will be refunded.

4. Due to the strict time limits for viewing the Penguin Parade at Phillip Island, to ensure a smooth viewing experience, if the train is delayed and the subsequent self-funded attraction (Maru Koala and Animal Park) cannot be visited for the full duration, the driver-guide will inform guests on-site to adjust the itinerary and automatically postpone the next attraction.
