🛬 ARRIVAL FAST TRACK (FOR FLIGHTS ENTERING VIETNAM)

• Upon landing, Proceed to International Arrival Hall
• Look for staff holding the welcome (FOX) sign at the arrival hall (please refer to the photo)
• Follow guidance to the priority immigration lane

🛫 DEPARTURE FAST TRACK (FOR FLIGHTS LEAVING VIETNAM)

• Complete airline check-in first on your own (check-in is handled by the airline, not included in this service). If customers are running late or early, they must inform us before heading to the airport.
• Proceed to the designated departure hall meeting point at least 2 hours. Meeting point: Between counter E/F - Please refer to the photo below.
• Contact us via your selected messaging app upon arrival at the meeting point, then our staff will be there soon to meet them (we will come quickly, please wait for us). Our staff will hold the name sign.
• Our staff will escort you through priority immigration (and priority security xray screening for Premium package holders)

‼️OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES:

• Once you are handed over to the immigration officer, our staff cannot accompany you beyond the checkpoint due to airport security regulations
• Please remain in your assigned priority lane at all times, leaving the lane may result in loss of Fast Track status and service discontinuation

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

A: We recommend booking at least 4–12 hours before your flight to guarantee service availability and allow our team time to prepare your personalized instructions. Urgent bookings (under 3 hours) are available at Ho Chi Minh City only and are subject to availability.

Q: Is baggage handling or luggage delivery included?

A: No. This service covers immigration assistance only. Baggage handling is not included. If you require additional porter or luggage services, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to advise on available options.

Q: Is priority check-in included?

A: No. Airline check-in is managed by your airline and depends on your ticket class. Our staff are airport-side immigration specialists, we focus exclusively on fast-tracking you through immigration (and security screening for Premium Departure bookings).

Q: Is this service available for domestic flights?

A: No. This service is available for international flights only — both arriving from and departing to international destinations at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).

Q: What if my flight is delayed?
