(I) Tour Fees and Payment Regulations
1. Once the cruise itinerary reservation is confirmed, passengers should sign a contract and pay a deposit to the travel agency.
2. Passengers must pay the full amount to the travel agency 65 days prior to the departure of the cruise itinerary in order to reserve their cabin.
3. If a travel operator fails to receive the deposit or final payment from a passenger within the period specified above, it may resell the reserved cabin.
(ii) The trip could not be made or was changed due to reasons not attributable to the cruise ship.
1. If Mitsui Cruises cancels a cruise trip due to force majeure before departure, Mitsui Cruises will refund the remaining amount to the passengers after deducting any non-refundable fees and expenses already paid to third parties.
2. Cruise lines may make necessary changes to boarding, arrival/departure times, and ports of call without prior notice, based on force majeure events or for passenger safety considerations. In the event of such changes, the cruise line and travel agency shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation.
(III) The traveler's arbitrary termination of the contract before the start of the tour and its liability
1. After Party A has paid the cabin fee to Party B to confirm the booking, if Party A wishes to cancel the cruise itinerary, Party A shall compensate Party B according to the following standards. If the compensation is insufficient to cover Party B's actual expenses, Party A shall make up the difference:
(1) If Party A cancels more than 60 days before departure after confirming the reservation, Party B will forfeit 1% of the full amount of the reservation as a cancellation fee.
(2) If Party A cancels more than 59-40 days before departure, Party B will forfeit 10% of Party A's full tour fee as a cancellation fee.
(3) If Party A cancels more than 39-25 days before departure, Party B will forfeit 50% of Party A's full tour fee as a cancellation fee.
(4) If Party A cancels more than 24-15 days before departure, Party B will forfeit 75% of Party A's full tour fee as a cancellation fee.
(5) If Party A cancels within 15 days (inclusive) before departure, Party B will forfeit the full tour fee of Party A as a cancellation fee.
2. If Party A needs to change or cancel its booking, it must formally notify Party B in writing, specifying the date and details, to be valid. Notifications made by telephone or verbally are invalid. If the booking falls on a domestic or international public holiday, Party A must notify Party B in advance to comply with the international cruise company's date calculation regulations.
(iv) Changes of Passengers
1. Passengers must provide the correct guest list and room assignments (the correct English names as shown on their passports) when making a reservation.
2. After the travel agency notifies the cruise line to upload the passenger list, if passengers request changes to the list...
(1) Passengers may change the passenger list or cabin allocation if the departure date is more than 50 days prior.
(2) If two or more people in the same room change their names within 50 days, it will be considered as a cancellation of the cabin and a cancellation fee will be charged.
(3) No name can be changed within 30 days before departure.
3. When a passenger holds dual nationality (holding more than one passport), the cruise ship's passenger list must include the name of the passport used for boarding.
Please read carefully before purchasing. Upon successful transaction, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
After you place your order, KKday staff will make a reservation and notify you by message once it is completed.
If the price fluctuates significantly during the booking period due to changes in the cruise line's official website, the booking process will be stopped and a full refund will be issued.
During the period from ordering to sending the Cruise Ticket, the order status will show "Processing"; the order status will only change to "Processed" after the Cruise Ticket is sent.
Passengers must provide (1) complete passport information and (2) a rooming list at least 60 days prior to departure, subject to the cruise line's regulations if necessary. Passports must also be valid for at least 181 days (based on the disembarkation date).
Please make sure you have all necessary entry documents for each port of call (e.g., Schengen visa, Turkish visa, and re-entry visa to Taiwan).
Pregnant women must present a doctor's certificate indicating that they are fit for cruise travel; women who are 24 weeks pregnant or older or whose infants are under 6 months old are not allowed to board the ship.
Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied by a fellow passenger who can provide assistance during the journey. Please inform us if you need any help.
If you have diabetes, chronic diseases, or other special illnesses that require regular medication or injections, please inform us before registering. If necessary, you will need to provide a doctor's certificate of airworthiness.
Those with special status, such as conscripts, military and police personnel, and contract military and police personnel, should comply with relevant laws and regulations and apply or register at the township/district office or personnel unit.
If you need to bring wheelchairs, bicycles, etc., you need to apply for and obtain approval from the shipping company in advance, and present the original for verification when boarding.
Those who need to bring special/controlled medications should prepare a doctor's prescription or supporting documents for inspection.
Please arrive at the designated location before the check-in time. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for.
If the above precautions are not met and boarding is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the contract cancellation provisions.
Cruise lines reserve the right to cancel or alter scheduled itineraries, times, and vessels in the event of force majeure or severe weather.
