- The guided tour will be in English.
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. Strollers can be accommodated but must be left at the luggage check in upon arrival at the studios.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents may be asked to provide proof of their child's age on the day of the tour.
- It is also not possible to meet the tour directly at the Studios for operational reasons.
- We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected; however, due to issues beyond our control, timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions.
- Visitors will go through security checks upon entry to the Studio Tour. A list of prohibited items is available to view here.
Reminders
The guided tour ends at Warner Brothers Studios. Guests can optionally have priority re-admission to the studios to explore on their own, have a late lunch, or purchase some special Harry Potter souvenirs.
Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated.
It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after scheduled departure time cannot be accommodated, and missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.

This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
