- This is a private car charter service with driver in Bintan Island. The vehicle and driver are exclusively for your group.
- Service duration is based on the selected package (4 / 6 / 8 / 12 hours) and starts from the agreed pickup time.
- Overtime usage will be charged directly to the driver on-site, subject to availability.
- Pickup and drop-off are available within the selected area. Additional charges apply for locations outside Lagoi resort area.
- Guests are required to provide pickup details (hotel name, ferry terminal, or airport) upon booking.
- Please ensure your contact number is reachable for coordination prior to arrival.
- The driver will follow your customized itinerary within the booked duration.
- Fuel cost and driver service are included. Parking fees, entrance tickets, toll fees (if any), and personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise.
- Child seats are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
- No refund will be provided for unused hours due to late arrival or personal schedule changes.
- In case of force majeure (weather, traffic conditions, road closure), the itinerary may be adjusted for safety reasons.
