- Gather at the Tripper Canyoning Base. First, check in, get a briefing, use the restroom, change into your special gear, and let's head to the river!
- Let's listen to the safety talk. Once you're properly equipped with your canyoning gear, we'll give you a safety talk to help you enjoy the river safely. Listen carefully and have fun!
- River floating experience. The tour is finally starting! First, get completely immersed in the water to get used to it, then ride the current and go downstream. It's much easier to float and move using the buoyancy of a life jacket than to walk in the current!
- The Waterfall of Training. We've arrived at the Waterfall of Training. Even though it's a small waterfall, it's quite impressive! Why not challenge yourself to see how strong the water pressure is?
- Everyone loves the waterslide! This slide utilizes the smooth rock surface that stretches across the entire width of the river! It's a place where children and adults alike can purely enjoy themselves. With various sliding techniques taught by the guide, you can play again and again!
- Try out different types of sliding. Sliding on your back is a thrilling experience!
- A diving challenge. Jump into the clear river water! You can only experience such a refreshing dive in nature.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We have clearly defined cancellation criteria. [Cancellation Criteria] If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued for the field where the event is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the event. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected weather changes. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the guest. Please note that if the program is canceled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. If you plan to stay the night before, please contact us in advance. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before. (We generally contact you by the night before.) Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
