- INFINITY is recommended for guests aged 8 years and above. It may not be suitable for young children or anyone with a strong fear of darkness.
- Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult or carer who accepts responsibility for their safety and conduct.
- All guests must be able to walk through the attraction unassisted. Entry with babies or toddlers is not recommended.
- Prams, strollers and backpack child carriers are not permitted. Babies may only enter in a front facing baby carrier at parent’s own risk.
- The experience includes special effects lighting, sound, dark confined spaces and illusions of height and depth. Guests with concerns should consider suitability before purchasing.
- Some environments may include very low lighting, sensory effects and confined spaces which may cause anxiety for certain guests.
- Certain areas may have uneven or unstable flooring. Please consider suitability before entry.
- In low light environments, guests may need to navigate using touch. Glow sticks may be available for purchase at entry.
- Guests must not enter if they have consumed alcohol or drugs.
- Guests should watch and follow the safety instructions provided before entry and seek staff assistance if unsure.
