This is the "Tourist Entry Approval Letter." You will need to apply for a visa on arrival at the Vietnamese airport (an additional fee of US$25 is required). The visa is valid for 15 days. Please also bring two 2-inch passport photos. ⚠️

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 8 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 95% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
