If you need to adjust or change your order information after booking, please inform us no later than two days before your trip. Changes requested the day before or on the day of your trip cannot be accommodated.
This plan does not include a sign-holding service. The driver will wait for passengers in the designated pick-up area. If you require the sign-holding service, the fee is 2000 yen per instance. Please indicate this in the remarks section when ordering (the fee can be paid on-site).
A free waiting period of 90 minutes is provided. After 90 minutes, a late fee of 2,500 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes, with any period less than 30 minutes counted as 30 minutes.
If you do not arrive at the pick-up point within 90 minutes and do not contact the driver or customer service, the driver will no longer wait, and the order will be considered automatically cancelled; no refund will be given.
Point-to-point pick-up or airport drop-off services include a free 30-minute wait. After 30 minutes, a late fee of 2,500 yen will be charged for each additional 30 minutes, with any period less than 30 minutes counted as 30 minutes.
If the passenger has not arrived after 30 minutes and cannot be contacted, the driver will not wait further and the order will be considered automatically cancelled; no refund will be given.
The service hours are between 7:00 and 22:00. If the service is outside these hours, please note this when booking for customer service confirmation. An additional night service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged (the fee must be paid to the driver in cash on-site).
To ensure a comfortable riding environment, please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle and dispose of your trash yourself. If you soil the seats, carpets, or interior trim, you will need to pay a vehicle cleaning fee based on the actual quote from a professional company.
