- Arrive promptly at the designated meeting point as the bus will depart on schedule. Latecomers won't be eligible for refunds
- The luggage allowance for this tour is up to 25 lbs per person 1-piece additional luggage can be stored at local terminal if needed for an additional fee. Either a hard case or a backpack plus a small day bag for your camera, sunscreen etc
- Please refer to the voucher for the pick up information. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund if you miss the tour due to the failure to choosing the correct pickup point
- This tour has small group and private group package with same itineraries but different age limit and minimum group size of people for a single booking
- Please note that a sunrise view is not always available in Monument Valley. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who do not see the sunrise view
