• This price is in Australian dollars (AUD) (all taxes and fees are included).

• Children's age range: 4-15 years old, infants' age range: 0-4 years old (inclusive). Please be sure to purchase products according to the actual age when placing an order. If the regulations are not followed, additional charges will be charged on the spot upon verification. Please be aware of this.

• The specific departure time will be provided in the SMS notification sent the day before. If you have a local Australian phone number, please update it promptly.

• Meals are not included in the tour price. The driver/guide will take you to a dining area (at your own expense). If you have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarianism, please bring your own food as local restaurants may not meet your needs.

• Food and beverages (except bottled water) are strictly prohibited on the tour bus. Hot food is also prohibited. We apologize for any inconvenience. If personal reasons severely affect the cleanliness of the vehicle interior, a cleaning fee of AUD 200 will be charged.

• Photography and videography are not allowed when penguins return to their nests, as artificial light sources may irritate their eyes. Light control is implemented on the island, with only a few low-wattage incandescent bulbs installed along the coast.

• Due to environmental and other factors, the number of penguin colonies varies from year to year, and the numbers in spring and summer and autumn and winter are also affected.

•Friendly reminder: It's cold and windy along the coast in autumn and winter, so please bring warm clothing; the sun is strong in summer, so please bring sun protection products and clothing. The journey is long, so please bring motion sickness medication and water.

• Attraction tickets must be purchased through the driver/guide (you cannot pre-order them yourself, as optional excursions will be subject to availability depending on the number of guests). Optional excursions are not guaranteed to be 100% guaranteed.

• We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase personal travel insurance. The travel agency will not be liable for any changes, extensions, shortenings, cancellations, or losses or injuries resulting from itinerary changes, shortenings, cancellations, or other unforeseen events caused by factors such as tour bus delays, mechanical failures, flight delays/cancellations, weather conditions, or third-party incidents.

• The travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary, cancel or replace any item, and shorten or extend the trip.

• If public holidays cause road closures or attraction closures, making it impossible to reach the destination smoothly, the travel agency has the right to change or cancel the itinerary.

• The travel agency will not provide compensation or reimbursement if the trip is affected by flight cancellations or delays by the airline.

• Due to insufficient participants (less than the required number for the tour) or weather conditions, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary before or after departure, and also reserves the right to shorten or extend the itinerary.
