Product Info
We mainly provide transportation services between Tokyo's 23 wards / Narita Airport / Haneda Airport and Disneyland / DisneySea, as well as hotels in the vicinity of Disneyland and DisneySea.
If your departure or arrival point is in Suginami, Itabashi, Nerima, Nakano, Setagaya, Adachi, or Kita ward, please pay an additional 2000 JPY in cash directly to the driver.
This is a convenient door-to-door service that allows you to travel from your departure point without the need for transfers or carrying your luggage.
- Free waiting time: 20 minutes
- If the free waiting time of 20 minutes is exceeded, an additional charge of 2000 JPY will apply for every 30 minutes.
- If we are unable to contact you after the free waiting time has passed and it is determined that you are unlikely to board, the driver reserves the right to depart without waiting. Please note that in this case, no refund will be provided.
- If the service time is between 21:00 and 06:00, an additional late-night surcharge of 2000 JPY will apply; please pay this in cash directly to the driver.

Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
This offer is for one-way travel only. If you require round-trip travel, please book a round-trip plan.
Customers requiring a child car seat should make a reservation in advance. (Please also let us know the number of seats needed and the appropriate size, along with your child's age.)
Please provide the name of the person making the reservation, phone number, email address, ID of a contact app you can use in Japan (WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, KakaoTalk, etc.), number of passengers, and number of pieces of luggage. The assigned driver will contact you the day before departure to reconfirm the contact method, pick-up location, and time for the day of departure.
Please note that an additional late-night fee of 2000 yen will be charged if you use the facilities between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
The first child seat is free, and the second one costs 2,200 yen per unit. A maximum of two child seats can be installed per vehicle. If needed, please apply for the "Child Seat Plan".
