1/ This is a local tour. The order and duration of sightseeing may be adjusted based on weather, traffic, holidays, crowds, etc. Please be aware of this. The itinerary times listed are for reference only; the actual times will vary depending on the day's schedule.
2/ Group tours require a minimum of 5 participants. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number, the tour can be cancelled or rescheduled.
3/ Two routes are available. If one route is unavailable, the other route can be arranged. This tour is a mixed Chinese/English tour. A Chinese or English-speaking guide/driver will be arranged according to the number of participants. Everything is subject to the actual departure of the tour.
4/ Transportation will be arranged according to the number of people in the group. For small groups, the driver will also act as the tour guide. For large groups, if there are fewer than 20 people, the group will not be able to form and there will be no individual tour guide. Thank you for your understanding!
5. Tour participants must provide accurate contact information and keep it accessible so that customer service can promptly notify them of travel arrangements. If you miss your tour due to being unable to be contacted in time for personal reasons, you will be solely responsible. Please check your email or other effective social media channels to receive order confirmations and tour departure information in a timely manner.
6/ As this is a group tour, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance to avoid affecting other guests. If you do not arrive before the departure time, it will be considered as a cancellation of the trip, and the fee will not be refunded. You will bear the risk of being absent due to personal reasons. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Thank you for your understanding.
7/ Due to weather or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be temporarily changed or suspended. Please be aware of this and pay attention to staff notifications or system updates.
8/ Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip. Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
9. Drivers and guides cannot arrange special seats. If necessary, please consult with other passengers. If they refuse, please use existing seats.
10/ This tour does not include insurance; all risks associated with participating in this tour are borne by the traveler. Please exercise caution and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not liable for any personal injury or property damage, and no refunds will be provided.
11/ The highlands are mostly natural scenery with no entrance fees. Due to the tight schedule of the shared tour, if there are paid attractions such as the inner castle, the shared tour will not be arranged.

A minimum of 5 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 23:59). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Acrophobia, Heart disease, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a raincoat or poncho, an umbrella, and some food.
Depending on the group size, small groups will have a driver/guide, while large bus groups will have a separate guide. Thank you for your understanding!
Since the return time is uncertain, we cannot guarantee that you will return within the specified time. For example, if you need to catch a plane or train, we cannot guarantee that you will return. Please be aware of this situation, and we will not provide any refunds or compensation for this.
