- The Kashiwajima area is said to be home to one-third of all fish species found in Japan. Facing the Bungo Channel, where the Kuroshio Current branches off, this sea area hosts over 1,000 species of temperate and subtropical marine life. It is a popular spot for divers captivated by its rich biodiversity. This trial diving experience is designed for beginners and takes place at a safe location. With careful attention to safety, our instructors or guides will provide nearly one-on-one guidance and support. *Please note that you must not fly for at least 18 hours after your trial dive!
- Equipment rental included. Enjoy a diving experience with no need to bring your own gear
- * To prepare equipment in advance, please be sure to provide the name, gender, height, weight, and shoe size of all participants when booking. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, towel, and sandals. All necessary equipment is included in the rental. The session lasts about 2 hours; the first half covers equipment usage and safety instructions. In the second half, you will head to the diving spot by boat for about 30 minutes of underwater exploration. *Please note that once you arrive at the diving spot by boat, no refunds or discounts will be provided if you are unable to dive or choose to wait on the boat for personal reasons.

- Question 1: *When applying, please be sure to fill in the name, gender, height, weight, and shoe size of all participants (for advance equipment preparation).
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- In the event of bad weather, the event may be cancelled on the day. We will contact you the day before to let you know whether the event will be held or not. Please note that we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses etc. even if the event is cancelled after you have arrived at the location.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・The tour takes approximately 2 hours. First, you will be given an explanation of how to use the equipment and safety precautions, then you will depart by boat and head to a spot with plenty of coral and fish. You will be accompanied by a staff member almost one-on-one, so you can rest assured. The time underwater is approximately 30 minutes. ・When you return to the shop, you will have a hot shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap provided), change clothes, and the tour will end. If you arrive earlier than the meeting time, please relax in the facility until it's time to prepare for your trial dive.
Other important points:
- *If you require transportation, please let us know when you apply. We only provide transportation within Sukumo city from 7:00 to 21:00 for those using public transportation. Reservations can be made up to the day before, but please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance if possible.

・For those arriving by car:
Take the expressway to Shimanto-cho Chuo IC or Tsushima Iwamatsu IC.
Then take National Route 56 to Sukumo City → From Sukumo City, take National Route 321 and Prefectural Route 43 to Kashiwajima!
・For those arriving by train:
Take the Nanpu Limited Express from Okayama Station. (You may need to transfer at Nakamura along the way.)
Staff will provide a free shuttle to Sukumo Station.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
