If the free waiting time has expired, the driver may continue to wait upon the customer's request, but a fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply.
The regular service hours are from 5:00 to 22:00. If you make a reservation before 5:00, an overtime fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for reservations made after 22:00.
You can change your location up to one day in advance. The fee will be based on the distance between the original and new locations.
If you wish to change your pick-up/drop-off time, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made after this time may not be accepted, and refunds or order cancellations will not be possible.
In the event of an emergency such as a passenger vomiting inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 yen will be charged, depending on the circumstances.
Customer service is available 24 hours a day (responding within 2 hours). Drivers reply to messages between 8:00 and 20:00, but may be delayed while driving for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
The driver will contact you at least 24 hours before departure and provide you with the vehicle number. The driver will wait for you at the time and place you specify.
The driver will not accompany you into the scenic area; an additional fee will apply if this is required. Please contact customer service for details.

Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.
