Charges outside of service hours

The regular service hours are from 5:00 to 22:00. If you make a reservation before 5:00, an overtime fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for reservations made after 22:00.

Location/Time Change Fee

You can change your location up to one day in advance. The fee will be based on the distance between the original and new locations.

If you wish to change your pick-up/drop-off time, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made after this time may not be accepted, and refunds or order cancellations will not be possible.

Cleaning fee

In the event of an emergency such as a passenger vomiting inside the vehicle, a cleaning fee ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 yen will be charged, depending on the circumstances.

Reminders

  • Customer service is available 24 hours a day (responding within 2 hours). Drivers reply to messages between 8:00 and 20:00, but may be delayed while driving for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
