For your comfortable journey, we offer a one-stop luggage delivery service from our city center to your destination airport. Travel light and enjoy more!
Check in and drop off your baggage at one of our designated centers, and you can pick it up directly at your destination airport. Experience a comfortable and convenient journey by checking in your luggage from major downtown areas in Seoul.
This service is available for passengers departing from Incheon Airport (excluding flights to North America). Participating airlines include Korean Air, ASIANA AIRLINES, Jeju Air, T'way Air, and JIN AIR.

The service is available for customers departing the same day via Incheon Airport. ※ Eligible airlines: Korean Air, ASIANA AIRLINES, Jeju Air, T'way Air, JIN AIR
The total baggage size must be within 160cm, and the weight must be under 32kg. Please check the airline's baggage policy for details.
If your ticket does not include checked baggage or additional baggage fees apply, extra charges may be incurred according to the airline's policy at Incheon Airport.
Additional baggage fees must be paid at the airline counter, where guidance will be provided on-site.
This service is not available for flights to the U.S. mainland.
Jeju Air flights to China are not eligible for this service.
Code-share flights or flights requiring transfers to the final destination are not eligible.
pecial baggage (golf bags, firearms, oversized luggage, etc.) cannot be checked in through this service.
How to Use
[Service Procedure]
1. Select the date and time to drop off your luggage.
2. Bring the voucher sent to your email upon booking confirmation and visit the designated center.
3. Check in with the airlines as instructed and drop off your baggage.
4. Enjoy your free time, then head to the airport to complete departure procedures and board your flight!

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
