Required Documents for Vietnam E-Visa Application 

Please prepare and provide the following documents in electronic format:

• Passport Inner Page Color Scan

1. "Must include complete personal information"
2. "Clear image, no reflection or glare"
   

• Departure Date, Time & Flight Number

• Personal Photo (Digital File)

1. "Taken within the last 6 months"
2. "2-inch size, white background"
3. "Distance from top of head to chin: 3.2–3.5 cm"

• Confirmed Flight Booking Records

1. "Showing correct entry and exit dates to/from Vietnam"

• E-Visa Delivery & Usage Instructions 

Once the visa application is completed, we will send the Vietnam Electronic Visa (E-Visa) to your email address. 

Important Notice: You must print out the E-Visa and bring the paper copy with you to Vietnam. Mobile phone display is NOT accepted for immigration clearance. Upon Arrival in Vietnam Please present: Your passport The printed E-Visa Proceed to the immigration counter for entry clearance.

Vietnam E-Visa Processing Time Options**(All times displayed below are GMT+8)

• Stander E-Visa Processing Time（4 business days）: 

Example: Documents must be submitted before 10:00 AM, Monday, July 21 → Visa issued before 8:00 PM, Monday, July 28 (Weekends are non-working days; submission and pickup day is not counted).

•  Express E-Visa Processing Time:（2 business days）

Example: Documents must be submitted before 10:00 AM, Monday, July 21→ Visa issued before 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 24.

• Same-Day E-Visa Processing Time: (Ultra Urgent，Get Yours Visa in Around 2 Hours!)
  

Example: Documents must be submitted before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday, July 21 → Visa issued by 8:00 PM on the same day.

• Final order submission cut-off times apply strictly.
• Once the order is placed, changes to travel dates, order cancellation, or refunds are not permitted.
  
• Please ensure that all submitted information and documents are accurate and complete.
