Gulmen snowshoe tour in Toggenburg

At the Gamplütbahn valley station you will meet your hiking guide and the rest of the group at 8:45 am. As soon as everyone is present, you will drive up to Gamplüt together.

Once at the top, you strap on your snowshoes and start walking. The route takes you past the mighty Schofbergwand and into the Teseltal. From there the ascent really starts. You hike through a mountain forest and across snow-covered alpine meadows. After an ascent of about 750 meters you finally arrive at the top of the Gulmen. The view into the valley is breathtakingly beautiful. You can see from Toggenburg to snow-covered Austria and Liechtenstein.

After a break on the summit you go back to Gamplüt. There you take the train down to the valley, where the tour ends at about 16:00.
