Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be canceled due to weather or ocean conditions, such as an approaching typhoon. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the tour location.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

The activity will take place at
Nabeta Beach.
・The meeting point is on the far right side of Nabeta Beach. Look for the cafe 'Tsuboya' located in front of the beach as a landmark (you may also wait directly at the Tsuboya cafe). For parking, please use the spaces along the road or the nearest paid parking lot. Please make your own arrangements.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–20 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
