Regarding cancellation of the tour:
- The tour may be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged. A refund will be processed by Activity Japan.

- If you are late, you may not be able to participate.

- The experience fee, instructor fee, equipment rental fee (kayak, paddle, life jacket, snorkel), insurance fee, and consumption tax are all included, with no additional costs.

Reminders
Participant age: 6 to 70 years old
Clothing and belongings: Please bring your own wetsuit, swimsuit, comfortable clothing, beach sandals, towel, drinking water, waterproof smartphone case, etc. If you are going snorkeling, you will be walking on rocky areas, so please bring marine shoes or Crocs.
About rental items: Kayak, paddle, life jacket, and snorkel are available for free rental. *Snorkel equipment is only available in sizes for junior high school students and older. Please bring your own if you are in elementary school or younger.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
