Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Regarding cancellation, postponement, and course changes of plans: If bad weather is predicted on the day of your experience plan, the guide may cancel, postpone, or change the course of the plan to avoid danger. In such cases, we will make a decision and contact you by 7:00 PM the day before the start of the plan, if possible. (Depending on the situation, a decision may be made early in the morning on the day the program starts.)

  • This tour is for people with skiing or snowboarding experience. You need the skills to be able to ski anywhere on the slopes. The standard tour is for people with backcountry experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
