In this class, you will learn how to cook the classic 'Japanese-style Beef Rice Bowl.' Gyudon is a bowl of rice topped with beef and onions simmered in a broth made of sake, soy sauce, sugar, and other seasonings. If you visit a food court in a Japanese shopping mall, you are sure to see gyudon on the menu. It is a dish truly beloved by the Japanese people! Gyudon is easy to prepare at home. Why not learn how to make it in this class and try recreating it in your own country? Additionally, you will learn how to make miso soup, pickled vegetables, and tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), which are staples of Japanese home cooking.
