Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- *The tour will be held even in rainy weather. However, if the water level rises rapidly due to a typhoon or other reasons and becomes dangerous, the tour may be canceled depending on the river conditions. Please do not make your own judgment. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you via our website, phone, or email.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ○Important Notes (Please read carefully) *The following people will be refused participation in the tour: -Those who have consumed alcohol -Those with heart conditions -Pregnant women -Those in poor health *In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances such as camera damage or loss or data corruption during the tour, we may not be able to provide you with the photo data. We appreciate your understanding. *As a general rule, we ask that at least one guardian accompany every two children. *The tour will be held even in rainy weather. However, in the event of a typhoon or other storm where the water level rises rapidly and becomes dangerous, the tour may be canceled depending on the river conditions. *If the tour is canceled due to weather or other reasons, we will notify you. Please do not make your own judgment. In the event of cancellation, the participation fee will be handled by changing the date or providing a refund. Please note that we cannot accept any claims for transportation costs or other expenses.

- Guide fees, accident insurance, helmets, wet jackets, life jackets, and wetsuits (excluding water shoes) are included in the tour price.

* **By Car:** Take the Ken-O Expressway and exit at either the Ome IC or Hinode IC. Drive 20 minutes on Prefectural Road 45 towards Okutama/Mitake.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Parking is available on-site.
* **By Train:** 15-minute walk from the South Exit of Ikusabata Station on the JR Ome Line. If traveling by bus, take the Toei Bus bound for Yoshino from the Ome Station bus stop, get off at the Yoshino bus stop, and walk 1 minute.
Please arrive directly 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
* **By Other Methods:** If traveling by bus, please contact us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
