Clothing and what to bring: ■ Clothing Basically, it's best to wear synthetic clothing (T-shirt and pants) over your swimsuit that dries easily and is easy to move in, as well as a tracksuit top and bottom. In cooler weather, it's also comfortable to bring rain gear top and bottom. *Jeans become heavy when wet and can hinder movement, so avoid them. ■ Other Please bring your own drinks, such as a plastic bottle.
