• Free waiting time: 120 minutes after flight landing. Please ensure your phone is reachable in case we need to contact you. Flight delays are monitored and pickup time will be adjusted accordingly.

- Hotel / Resort / Homestay / Apartment Pick-up:

• The driver will wait at the lobby or entrance 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Please be ready and reachable by phone.

5. Surcharge:
