What You Can Expect

- 08:45①For the Parasailing set. Please gather at the Beachside Cafe Lanai at Kanucha Resort for reception and payment for parasailing.
- 09:00②Parasailing explanation & transfer. We will explain parasailing on the boat and travel to the point, which takes about 10 minutes.
- 09:15③Parasailing starts. Open the parachute offshore and finally start♪ Enjoy a flight of about 10 minutes♪
- 10:00④Parasailing ends. After parasailing, those who wish to shower may do so to prepare for the next destination♪
- 10:20⑤Move to Happiness Marine Club. Please head to the location for Active 2. It will take approximately 30 minutes.
- 10:50⑥Arrival (Heepy Beach). Please proceed to reception and payment for Active 2 at Happiness Marine Club♪
- 11:00⑦Active 2 starts. Enjoy two marine sports: Banana Boat and Marble♪
- 11:20⑧Active 2 ends. After Active 2, please enjoy swimming at Heepy Beach, etc.♪ ★If you prefer to do Active 2 first, the time schedule will be reversed.

Regarding cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions on the day. We cannot compensate for travel expenses if the tour is cancelled after you have arrived at the site. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
