Purchase Notice
- One set meal is for one person only and cannot be shared among multiple people. Please order according to the number of people.
- Guests in the same group should choose the same set menu. The restaurant does not accept reservations for different set menus from the same group of guests.
- Children aged 12 and above should purchase the same package as adults.
- Meals for children under 12 years old must be purchased separately at the restaurant and settled in-store on the day of the meal. To help the restaurant track the number of guests, please include the number and ages of children when making your reservation.
- Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. The restaurant will do its best to make adjustments. If you inform us on the day of your visit, we regret that we cannot make any adjustments to the ingredients.

This is a second confirmation with the restaurant. After your payment, our staff will confirm availability with the restaurant within 48 hours on a business day and make a reservation. If the reservation is successful, a KKday voucher will be sent to your email address. If the reservation is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. - Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
