1. Two itinerary routes are available: Marrakech to Marrakech or Marrakech to Fes. Please specify your preference when booking.

2. Vehicle details: The vehicle type is determined by the number of participants. Specific models cannot be requested, but one seat per person is guaranteed. Marrakech to Marrakech: No sightseeing on the third day; the return trip is directly from the desert to Marrakech. Marrakech to Fes: You may need to change vehicles between the two segments. Segment 1: Marrakech - Dades Gorges - Sahara Desert (Days 1 and 2). Segment 2: Sahara Desert - Fes (Day 3).

3. Drop-off locations on Day 3: Marrakech route: Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Fes route: Station Shell (Boulevard Abdellah Chefchaouni) on the main road outside Chefchaouen or Carrefour FES.

4. All luggage will be transported into the desert by 4WD vehicles, so there is no need to worry about your belongings.

5. No special preparation is required for entering or exiting the desert, but you may want to bring sunscreen.

6. As this is a group tour, the actual itinerary may vary from the description above. Please refer to the arrangements made on the day of the tour.

7. After booking, our online customer support will contact you to confirm details such as pickup/drop-off hotels and departure time. 8. During peak seasons (Easter, Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, and European school holidays), please book in advance to avoid hotel unavailability, which would require a change of accommodation. Especially during peak travel periods like National Day and Lunar New Year, please be aware that changes to vehicle or room types, or issues with hotel utilities and desert transportation may occur. We appreciate your understanding and advise against booking if you are sensitive to these potential changes.

1. This is a local tour. The sequence and duration of sightseeing may be adjusted based on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, strikes, holidays, or crowd levels. Please be aware that the provided itinerary times are for reference only; actual arrangements on the day will prevail.

2. The itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or cancellations for some or all parts due to weather, attraction policies, or other force majeure events. Please stay informed by monitoring notifications from our staff or system updates.

3. Small group tours require a minimum of 5 people to depart, and large group tours require 20 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled. Private tours are already discounted as group rates and remain the same price regardless of the number of participants.

4. Participants must provide correct document information (for packages including admission tickets) and contact details. Please keep your phone reachable so that customer support can provide updates. You are responsible for any missed tours due to personal failure to stay in contact. Please check your email or other effective social media channels for booking confirmation and tour information.

5. Vehicles are arranged based on the number of participants. For small group tours and private tours, the driver also acts as the guide. For large group tours with fewer than 20 people, the driver will also act as the guide. Please understand that the driver-guide's primary responsibility is driving, and they only provide basic information and guidance, which differs from the service of a professional tour guide. Please consider this before booking.

6. As this is a group tour, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure the schedule is maintained. If you do not appear within this time, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation; no refunds will be provided, and the tour cannot be rescheduled. You are responsible for any risks associated with personal absence. Please ensure you are at the meeting point on time. Please strictly follow the meeting times specified by the driver-guide or tour guide (if applicable). If you fail to return to the meeting point at the agreed time, the group will proceed to the next attraction, and you will be responsible for reaching the next location on your own.

7. Please carry a valid ID or passport for identity verification on the day of the activity.

8. This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, individuals prone to motion sickness, those with respiratory diseases, infectious skin diseases, epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or any other conditions that should avoid excessive stimulation.

9. Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour. Seniors aged 70 and above must be in good health for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22-69 throughout the trip.

10. Leaving the group without authorization is not permitted during the tour (except during free time). We appreciate your understanding. If you leave the tour midway, the transaction will be considered void, no refunds will be provided, and you will be solely responsible for any consequences regarding your personal safety and property. Please confirm the departure time and take a photo of the vehicle to avoid boarding the wrong one or forgetting the vehicle.

11. Please respect local customs and follow the rules of the attractions. During free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. We are not responsible for any accidents or losses resulting from ignoring advice.

12. This tour does not include insurance; participants assume all risks. Please act cautiously, prioritize your personal safety, keep your belongings secure, and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not responsible for any personal or property accidents and will not provide refunds. Please ensure you purchase personal travel insurance for international trips to protect your interests in case of emergencies such as illness or loss of property.

13. Meals are not included in one-day tours. We recommend bringing your own food and water, as you may not be able to purchase your preferred food during the tour. Hot food, hot drinks, and food with strong odors are prohibited inside the vehicle.

14. End times are subject to weather and traffic conditions. Please do not book flights or boat tickets on the same day as the tour to avoid missing your departure due to unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware of this risk, as we will not provide any refunds or compensation.

15. Bringing luggage on one-day tours is not recommended. If you must bring luggage, you must inform customer support in advance with details such as quantity and size to confirm costs or obtain permission. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide is not responsible for the belongings of participants.

16. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide cannot arrange specific seats. If necessary, please negotiate politely with other guests. If they refuse, please use the available seats.
