  • All ages are welcome. Please note, however, that the yacht is not wheelchair accessible.

2. Transportation Zone

  • For guests who avail of the add-on transfer service, pick-up is available within an approximate 12 km radius from the city center.

3. Health & Safety Advisory

  • All participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with this activity. In case of illness or injury, the provider may arrange necessary medical treatment or evacuation at the guest’s expense. Guests are responsible for any damages to the yacht or its equipment. The company is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

4. Terms and Conditions for Bringing External Food on the Yacht

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own food on board. All trash must be properly disposed of in the yacht’s bins.
  • For those engaging an outside caterer, a corkage fee applies: ₱3,300 for food and ₱2,200 for drinks (ice can be provided by the yacht). The caterer is also required to clean up and take all waste with them after the trip.
  • Bringing lechon is allowed with no corkage fee, provided it is not arranged through an outside caterer.

Reminders

  • Cancellations are not allowed, except in cases of fortuitous events such as government-declared typhoons, official port closures, or yacht company technical issues. Provider-Initiated Cancellations If the yacht company cancels a trip due to safety, technical, or legal reasons, guests may choose between a refund or rebooking.

  • The yacht company shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, or other events beyond its control.

  • Cancellations due to change of mind or schedule conflicts are fully chargeable and non-refundable.

  • Guests who fail to appear on the day of the trip will be considered no-shows and charged in full.

  • Requests for rebooking or additional services must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trip and are subject to approval and availability.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the yacht or its equipment.

  • The yacht company is not liable for loss or damage to any personal property.

  • Cruises will proceed under light rain or cloudy skies. Only official Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) advisories or port closures will be considered valid reasons for postponement.
