Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will proceed even if it rains a little heavily, as long as the sea conditions are stable. If the weather is bad, we will contact you in advance. In rare cases, we may not be able to get to the sea on the day and dive. In that case, we will only charge 1,000 yen for transportation. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
