- If weather or sea conditions make it difficult to carry out the tour, we will contact you the day before via the contact information you provided when making your reservation.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- The port of departure will change depending on the sea conditions and weather on the day, so we will inform you of the port of departure the day before.
Reminders
Participant age: 10 to 70 years old
What to wear and bring: The boat will be rocking, so please wear sneakers or similar footwear. If you are concerned about motion sickness, please take motion sickness medication before boarding. The wind can be cold on the ocean in winter, so please dress warmly.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
