- A minimum of 15 people are required for the tour to proceed, with a maximum of 40 people per group. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you three business days prior to departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
- The pricing policy is as follows: children aged 2-9 are charged as toddlers, but do not occupy a bed in the hotel; children aged 9 and above are charged as adults; children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departure group is allowed only one free spot and two toddler spots.)
- Change and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is not permitted within 5 days (inclusive) of departure.
- A 50% handling fee will be charged if the trip is made within 10 days (inclusive) prior to departure.
- A 20% handling fee will be charged if the trip is made within 14 days (inclusive) prior to departure.

The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese-speaking guide and their tips, all entrance fees and round-trip transportation costs on the itinerary.
