The appointment time is approximate; the actual shooting time will begin upon arrival at the location on the day of the shoot. You can tell us your preferred style, or we can recommend one. In Japan, some locations require a photography permit or are completely off-limits for photography; we assume no responsibility for such locations.

How to Get There
Photographers should arrange a meeting place one day in advance or on the day of the shoot. After kimono-wearing guests enter the store and complete the dressing process, outdoor photoshoots will be arranged according to the actual situation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
