Step #1. When making a reservation, please enter your exact English name as it appears on your passport.
Step #2. Meet the staff in front of the immigration counter at Da Nang Airport.
Step #3. After meeting with airport staff (and presenting your passport), proceed to the fast-track immigration counter.
After that, you can individually collect your luggage and come out.

- Reservations must be made at least 2-3 days in advance.
- When making a reservation, please ensure you provide your exact English name as it appears on your passport. If your name is incorrect, you can use the regular line. Please be sure to provide your exact English name.
- If the English name is incorrect, use may be restricted, and the person making the reservation is responsible for this.
- Fast Track means that you will be screened using the fast track selected at immigration (entry inspection counter).

- In some cases, if the regular immigration line is faster than the fast track line, the customer will not be able to receive a refund for the service even if he or she enters through the regular line.

For security reasons, local airports may occasionally suspend fast-track airport entry services. In this case, a 100% refund will be provided. Please consult local staff for guidance.
- Additional charges may apply or services may not be available during Vietnam's holiday season.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
