- The tour may be canceled due to a sudden rise in water level (no cancellation fee will be charged). In the event of cancellation, we will contact you via the phone number you entered.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate. ・If you need to carry regular medication, please bring it with you and inform the guide on the day. ・If your temperature is 37 degrees or higher when checked at reception on the day, you will not be allowed to participate.
Other important points:
- The section you descend will vary depending on the water level and weather on the day, such as rainfall.

Participant age: 10 to 100 years old
What to wear and bring: Please wear clothes suitable for playing in the water (such as a swimsuit). On cold days, in addition to clothes that are easy to move in, please bring fleece or synthetic thermal underwear. It is also useful to have a spare pair of warm socks.
Rental equipment: Wetsuits, drysuits, river shoes, life jackets, helmets, gloves (free of charge)

From the Kamikawa Sounkyo IC on the Hokkaido Expressway, take National Route 39 toward Sounkyo for approximately 3 kilometers. The Alpine River Guides base will be on your right.

Pick-up service available from JR Sekihoku Main Line's Kamikawa Station.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
