- RiseNY's ride can hold a maximum of 260 pounds (118kg) per seat if every seat is occupied, and the seats are 19 inches wide. If anyone in your party is at or above 260 pounds, please have them inform the staff on-site prior to the seatbelt safety check, and the staff can adjust seating on the ride accordingly to accommodate
- In accordance with industry safety standards, it is not recommended for RiseNY's ride for expectant mothers
