All scenic spots require the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permit for entry. Please ensure you carry the document used for your booking. Any additional expenses incurred due to failure to bring the relevant documents or incorrect document information will be at your own expense.
Snow reflects strong ultraviolet rays and light; it is recommended that you bring your own sunglasses to prevent snow blindness.
Clothing: The destination has a cold climate. It is recommended to bring your own down jacket (preferably with a hood), high-neck thick wool sweaters, wool pants, down pants, gloves, and cold-proof boots. When buying cotton boots, pay attention to the model and the texture of the soles; only thick rubber soles with concave-convex patterns are suitable for walking on snow. Additionally, the shoe size should be one or two sizes larger than your normal size to allow for insoles and thick socks to protect your feet from frostbite.
Alpine Skiing: Skiing is exciting, but for beginners, there are significant risks if not considered carefully. Please fully consider your own situation and act within your capabilities. Skiing consumes a lot of energy, so it is best to eat some chocolate and replenish water before skiing. Before skiing, warm up all joints in your body, such as doing stretching exercises for your arms and legs. When walking on ice and snow, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity tilted forward to avoid falling. Before skiing, read the ski resort guide in detail to understand the relevant regulations and conditions, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. Follow the staff's guidance while skiing, and do not enter the mountain forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Skiing activities arranged during the trip are mostly in the mountains and forests; tourists should pay attention to fire safety and must not smoke in the wild.
In case of holidays or unexpected traffic congestion, the end time of the trip may be delayed. Since the trip ends late, it is recommended not to book trains or flights on the same day to avoid disrupting your travel plans.
There may be cultural and creative shops, souvenir shops, and kiosks inside the scenic area, at the exit, at rest stops along the way, and in restaurants. Please choose voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, ask for purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. Any shopping at these locations is a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
The sightseeing time and meeting/dismissal times for the attractions in the itinerary are for reference only and may be adjusted according to traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. The agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the losses caused by it. Any additional expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
For group travel, please gather for the return trip at the time agreed upon with the driver. If you miss the return vehicle due to your own delay, any additional expenses incurred must be borne by yourself.
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
