- Each room type can accommodate up to 3 persons only. An additional person (adult or child) will be charged as per extra person policy.
- For the Seaside Junior Suite with Jacuzzi, only a sofa bed can be arranged in this room type.
- Airport transfer: to/ from Phuket International Airport to the resort takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- An Extra Person Charge is THB 2,000 per person per night inclusive of breakfast and extra bed. Child age 12 years or older is subject to an Extra Person Charge.
- Child age 0 - 4 years old sharing existing bed with parents stays free of charge with complimentary breakfast (an extra bed is not provided).
- Children 5 - 11 years old sharing an existing bed with parents are only charged for breakfast THB 500 per child per night (an extra bed is not provided).

Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
