・Luggage allowance: Each passenger is limited to 1 piece of checked luggage (dimensions: sum of length, width, and height must not exceed 158 cm) and 1 personal item that does not occupy a seat (e.g., laptop bag, small handbag).
* Strollers are considered checked luggage. Passengers traveling with a stroller must book a 7-seater or larger vehicle.
* If your luggage does not comply with the above regulations, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. Passengers will be responsible for any additional costs incurred for arranging alternative transportation.


- Service Details -

・Port Pickup
For port pickups, the driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes (calculated from the scheduled cruise ship arrival time). If the wait exceeds 45 minutes, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation).

・Transfer to Port
Please provide your desired pickup time when booking. Due to traffic congestion in Palma and the need for early boarding, we recommend allowing sufficient time to avoid missing your cruise. Please be aware that in the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic jams, or other force majeure, you may miss your cruise. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
The driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If the wait exceeds 20 minutes, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation).

・Please ensure you provide a local phone number and WhatsApp contact information that will be reachable during your pickup/drop-off.
・Please include the following in your order remarks: cruise line, cruise ship name, and port terminal number.
・Please confirm the number and size of your luggage before booking and note it in your order. If the actual amount of luggage on the day of the trip exceeds the amount stated, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. Please take note of this before booking.
・If you are carrying golf bags, surfboards, camera equipment, or other bulky items, please note this in your order so the local operator can make arrangements.
・Luggage size limit: The sum of the length, width, and height of a single piece of luggage must not exceed 158 cm. There is no weight limit. If your luggage does not meet these requirements and there is no space in the vehicle, the driver reserves the right to refuse service. Please take note of this before booking.
・Passengers traveling with a stroller must specify the quantity in the order remarks and book a 7-seater or larger vehicle. Failure to notify us or booking the wrong vehicle type may result in the driver refusing service. Please take note of this before booking.
・The price is per vehicle.
・In Spain, children under 12 years old require a child safety seat unless they are over 135 cm tall. Please inform us in advance; otherwise, this service cannot be provided, and the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
・Due to traffic congestion in Palma, actual pickup and drop-off times may be adjusted at any time, and travel time to your destination may be extended. Please be aware of this before booking.
・Airport transfers are limited to the Port of Palma, Mallorca or the Palma city area (single location). Intermediate stops are not provided. Please take note of this before booking.
・For airport pickups, the driver will wait for a maximum of 45 minutes. If the wait exceeds 45 minutes, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation). Please be aware of this before booking.
・For airport drop-offs, the driver will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes from the scheduled time. If the wait exceeds 20 minutes, passengers must pay an overtime fee of approximately 40-60 EUR/hour in cash on-site (actual amount subject to on-site confirmation). To avoid delays, we recommend noting your preferred pickup time in your order; the supplier will calculate the free waiting time based on this noted time. If no time is noted, it will be calculated based on the flight arrival time.
