Carefully selected A5-rank Kuroge Wagyu beef × Fresh offal We use rare 'uncalved cows,' which account for only about 10% of the market, allowing you to fully enjoy their fine-grained and elegant flavor. Our signature 'Gin-shari' (silver rice) is carefully cooked in a clay pot for every order, bringing the aroma, sweetness, and perfect texture directly to your table. It pairs exceptionally well with our Kuroge Wagyu beef and offal, which are thoroughly marinated in our homemade sauce. Equipped with powerful ventilation ducts, you can dine comfortably without worrying about odors.
Our freshly cooked rice is made to order, bringing out the natural sweetness and flavor of the rice to the fullest. It takes some time to prepare, so we recommend ordering early.
We only serve the freshest liver available. You'll definitely become addicted to its rich flavor.
The fatty belly meat is grilled in a rich, sweet garlic sauce based on soy sauce. It goes perfectly with freshly cooked rice.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
